THE MALL JAPAN DISCOVERY 2025 — Event Completed

“The mall JAPAN DISCOVERY” is a Japanese cultural promotion and showcasing event hosted by The Mall Group, one of the leaders in Thailand’s retail industry. The event had been hosted annually since 2011. This year, it will be hosting across 4 of The Mall’s locations including 3 in Bangkok and 1 in Korat, a key economic hub in Thailand’s northeastern region.

Marking its 12th edition under the theme “Tanabata Festival” the venue will be decorated with vibrant colors inspired by festive atmosphere, while highlighting Japan’s appealing cuisine, tourism and traditional culture. Focusing on Miyagi prefecture (Sendai city), Kanagawa prefecture and Aichi prefecture, regions connected to three of Japan’s most famous Tanabata festivals.

In addition, The Mall Group will leverage its extensive media network to promote the event through a fully integrated campaign. This creates a valuable opportunity to introduce Japanese products to the Thai market, conduct market testing, and promote inbound tourism to Japan.
